An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until November 30, 2019
FiA (females in action) is the woman’s version of F3. If you’re not familiar with either one, we are a completely free, peer led boot camp workout. There are already numerous locations throughout Greenville, and now TR will be our newest location. Our launch date is June 11. FiA is for all fitness levels, no one gets left behind! We meet rain or shine, hot or cold Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m. and are finished by 6:15.
