Full Moon Hike – Lake Watacoo

Spend an evening under the full moon! We will be hiking to Lake Watacoo, just outside of Cleveland, SC. Meet at Persimmon Road parking lot at 8:00 pm, hike will begin at 8:30. This is a moderate hike, 3/4 mile each way. We will spend approximately 1 hour at the lake for a picnic under the full moon & stars, hiking back out around 10:00 pm.
Remember to bring sturdy footwear, a headlamp, water, picnic food, something to sit on (flat grassy area), day pack, bug repellent & a rain shell. Free event, waivers required. For more information & to register please email outandabout@sunrift.com. Note: Spaces are limited to 16 people.
