When Henry Ford was producing automobiles to the world for the first time during the 1930’s, George Coleman was opening the doors to his dealership selling Ford vehicles, including the Model A and Model T “horseless carriages”.
Hear first hand from Gregg Coleman stories about his grandfather, George Coleman, a hardworking entrepreneur who worked to build his presence in Travelers Rest as a businessman, State Constable booking local area moonshiners, and as an elected official enacting policies as Travelers Rest ‘s very first mayor!
