Krav Maga is Hebrew for ‘contact combat’ and is a self-defense system used by the Israel Defense Forces. It focuses on the efficiency of movement with maximum impact, allowing anyone to quickly neutralize a threat regardless of their physical stature or ability. Because of its extreme practicality and simplicity, it is considered one of the world’s best self-defense systems.
Weekly classes at Phantom Krav Maga TR incorporate a combination of technique instruction, stress drilling, real-world scenario discussion and training, and big doses of encouragement to help students build awareness, proficiency, and resilience both physically and mentally. We believe everyone has a right to feel safe and confident as they live out their lives rooted in the power and worth within them. Visitors are able to join for one free class to experience Krav Maga firsthand and meet our instructors with no pressure to commit. We’d love to have you join us!
