Meet a National Parks Photographer

Frank Ruggles held the esteemed position as an official eminent photographer for the National Park Service and now he is coming to Travelers Rest for a very special lecture to help our Upstate citizens learn more about how art can be used to help show the changes happening to our environment and how it can effect change to preserve our national and state parks and other protected lands.
Save the date for October 5, 2019 to attend the 8th Annual Art on the Trail fundraising event for Travelers Rest Artists Alliance beginning at 10am, and stay for Frank Ruggle’s lecture at 3:30PM at Rocket Surgery in downtown TR to hear him speak about his time in the National Parks and the work he is doing with his 79 Years project.
