Trione Vineyards & Winery Tasting

On Wednesday, December 6th, Reid Harper of Trione Winery & Vineyards in Sonoma will be visiting The Tasting Room to explore a stunning selection of all-estate gems. A family operation since inception, Trione has been a very important feature in the Sonoma wine industry for four decades and is one of the principal vineyard owners in the region.

For most of its existence, Trione has been a grape grower for other wineries, earning a prestigious client list including Geyser Peak, Duckhorn, Sonoma-Cutrer, Sebastiani and Kendall-Jackson, among others. In the mid 2000s, the Triones decided to start producing a small amount of wine, so they hired winemaker Scot Covington (who trained under Merry Edwards), built a new facility and were off to the races!

Trione uses only the top 3% of its estate-grown grapes to vint and bottle, producing small lots that showcase the very best of Sonoma’s artisan wine scene. We will be enjoying 6 different wines during the tasting, with light hors d’oeuvres available as well.

Reservations are required at a cost of $25 per attendee, and if you purchase 6 or more bottles of the featured wines, we will take an extra $20 off the total!
