Upcountry Cookbook Club

We will be cooking Chef Vivian Howard Recipes! Chef Vivian Howard is an American chef and television personality. She is most famous for being the head chef and co-owner of the restaurant Chef & the Farmer in Kinston, North Carolina, and for starring in the award-winning PBS television series A Chef’s Life.

Chef Vivian’s cookbook is called Deep Run Roots and is a finalist for four industry awards.
