Upcountry’s Bovinoche

Bovinoche – A whole cow roast and open fire event with great music by TRU SOUTH and other bands.
As seen on Food Network, Cooking Channel, Destination America and Travel Channel.
Only 250 tickets will be sold.
Special appearance by History Channel’s Jason Redick, Chef Steven Goff, Chef Kristian Niemi and Pitmaster Jack Waibor.
An afternoon celebrating fire, meat, and refreshments in a rustic, camp-like setting, Pitmaster Jeff Bannister, Chef-duo Stephen & Cheryl Kraus of Upcountry Provisions and special guest chefs will collaborate this May for Bovinoche IX.
In addition to lots of local love from community sponsors, Bovinoche IX will take place Saturday May 20th from 3:30 to 9:00 pm at The Grove, the new Upcountry Provisions event space on State Park in downtown Travelers Rest.
Farm to table menu served social style; Cash bar with beverages, cigars and t-shirts will be available.
