All-inclusive immersive retreat with lakefront living, equine therapy experiences with the horses of Wild Hearts Equine Therapy Center, yoga, meditation and breath-work sessions, nature immersion, lake activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding, and evenings spent around the fire pit, in community with other women.
