Join our Kids Yoga Summer Camp in our beautiful downtown studio. This camp is specially crafted to engage our children in mindful activities in a creative and compassionate environment.

Monday – Thursday 1:00-4:00pm
Ages: 4-9 years old
Our teacher, Ms. Elise, is a former Elementary Art Teacher and has been teaching Kids Yoga weekly at the studio. She has a passion for inspiring kids to be authentic and creative.
We will do:
– Yoga (Sun Salutations, Breathing Practices, Balance, Savasana, and more!)
– Dance / Free Movement
– Snack Time*
– Journaling / Craft*
– Games
*We will provide the snacks and materials for crafts!
Closing Celebration:
On Friday, we will walk to Pink Mamas for an ice cream celebration and the students will demonstrate the Sun Salutations they learned!
