Join our Kids Yoga Summer Camp in our beautiful downtown studio. Learn the benefits of yoga! Meet new friends! And find your Zen!
Monday – Thursday 1:00-4:00pm
Ages: 5-10 years old
We will provide: Journal, Healthy Snack, Sticker, and a T-Shirt!
We will do:
– Yoga (Sun Salutations, Breathing Practices, Balance, Savasana, and more!)
– Dance / Free Movement
– Snack Time
– Journaling / Craft
– Games
Closing Celebration:
On Thursday, we will walk to Pink Mamas for an ice cream celebration and the students will demonstrate the Sun Salutations they learned!
